DUI
Driving Under the Influence (DUI), is a general term used to describe the criminal action of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substance. An other substance can be anything, illicit drugs, legal perscription medication or even over-the-counter preparations; anything that impairs the driving funciton or ability to safely operate a vehicle.
